TEORESI S.p.A. (“TEORESI”), with registered office in Via Perugia 24 – 10152 Turin – as DATA CONTROLLER of your personal data, is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the Teoresi Group website pursuant to and for all the purposes of EU Reg. 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
The Data Controller appointed a Data Protection Officer (“DPO“) pursuant to Art. 37 et seq. GDPR. You can contact the appointed DPO by sending an email to the address: dpo.ask@teoresigroup.com.
TEORESI will do everything in its power to ensure that your personal data are processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the GDPR and the confidentiality obligations laid down therein and that this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights, as well as on the respect of fundamental rights and freedoms and personal dignity.

This page describes how TEORESI manages process the personal data of users who consult its website accessible by telematics means starting from the address: www.teoresigroup.com (the “Website”), as well as the methods and purposes for processing personal data.
This is also an Information Notice pursuant to art.13-14 of the GDPR to those who interact with web services.

OUR WEBSITE
The Website is owned, managed and maintained by TEORESI and its branches, with the purpose of providing information and communications regarding TEORESI Group, its products or services offered.
Our Website contains some plug-ins that redirect the visitors to other websites and socials (YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram). Plug-ins are software components that enable customization and facilitate surfing our pages.
However, we have no control on the access and management of other websites than the one where we promote our business.
For this reason, we will not be liable for the collection, processing, and disclosure of your data by other thirds linked to our web pages. We also prompt you to always read their Privacy Policy before accessing their space.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
Said  personal data are not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

Children’s Personal Information
TEORESI does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of eighteen. Any information voluntarily submitted by individuals under this age will be deleted.

METHOD OF TREATMENT

Your data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorized by the Owner.

PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
The processing of data will be carried out for the following purposes:
– manage of applications for possible recruitment purposes;
– access to the public and/or reserved sections of the Website;
– activation and maintenance of any services signed on-line or sending newsletters;
– requests for information, quotations, technical support;
– information on services and products supplied and about changes in products or services
– performance of the obligations required by laws or regulations;

DATA CONSERVATION PERIOD
Please note that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is established for a period not exceeding the completion of the services provided.
