Beyond bias in AI: Teoresi was awarded second place at the Areté Award with an inclusive vision of innovation
CorporateWith the project “Beyond bias in AI,” Teoresi was selected as a finalist for the Areté Award, earning second place in the Internal Communication category – a recognition that highlights its commitment to responsible and inclusive innovation.
This edition of the award, held on October 11 at the Bicocca University of Milan as part of the fair Il Salone della CSR e dell’innovazione sociale, focused on the relationship between work, business, and employability, underscoring the need for new skills and educational paths to manage change. In recent years, Teoresi has embraced this challenge with determination, integrating an approach into its projects that encompasses not only technological progress but also social evolution.
The nominated project featured concrete initiatives, such as workshops aimed at identifying and reducing bias in artificial intelligence, promoting a more inclusive vision of technology and society.
Another example of this approach is the contest that engaged employees in defining and creating an ideal, inclusive, and sustainable work environment using text-to-image tools.
“We believe the most important innovation isn’t just in the technologies we create, but in how we bring value to people,” commented Beatrice Borgia, Chief Corporate Development Officer at Teoresi. “For us, innovation is also social: we invest in training and projects that focus on individuals and their journeys, both personal and professional, while embracing diversity. This recognition motivates us to keep working toward a future where technology, creativity, and fresh thinking make a real impact – both socially and technologically.”
