Workflex allows employees, after feasibility verification, to initiate a „workaction,“ combining vacation and work, extending their stay outside Germany for up to 90 days while working remotely. This is done without the company or employee worrying about compliance (e.g., tax and legal) or other related risks, making work easier and faster for our HR teams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How does Workflex work, and how has it improved resource management?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Workflex is software designed to simplify the management of temporary work from abroad. The platform automates the process and, with the support of a team of international lawyers, ensures everything is legally compliant. Using Workflex, companies like ours don\u2019t have to worry about the complexities of legal and administrative management of international remote work.
