In the early months of 2024, the FACT (Future of Agricultural Tractors) project was launched. This European research and development initiative, co-financed by the Emilia Romagna region, is led by Teoresi MedTech of the Teoresi Group. The project aligns with the regional Smart Specialization Strategy under the ERDF 2021-2027 program<\/a>, which supports strategic industrial research projects aimed at promoting growth in the regional production system. Specifically, the FACT project focuses on the area of „sustainable and innovative mobility and automotive engineering.“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Towards more sustainable agricultural machinery<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The FACT project aims to develop a virtual and experimental laboratory dedicated to various types and sizes of agricultural machinery. This space will be used to design efficient, sustainable, and safe solutions to reduce energy waste, improve operator comfort, and accelerate the transition to more sustainable agricultural machines. This will be achieved through the introduction of innovative technologies such as advanced sensors and Digital Twin for diagnosing and optimizing energy performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teoresi at the helm<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Teoresi Group, represented by Teoresi MedTech, brings its expertise in the HW and SW design of digital electronic systems to the project, focusing on defining requirements, researching, and developing the sensor technology for agricultural machinery. This technology will be used to detect physical quantities in various components to be monitored on the platform and to acquire variables such as vibrations, acoustic waves, magnetic fields, and temperature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
