How do collaborations with universities translate into the recruitment processes of the Teoresi Group?<\/strong> <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Partnerships with universities offer us a series of tangible advantages in our recruitment process. Firstly, these collaborations allow us to establish a direct relationship with universities and to actively participate in orientation events, career days, presentations, and seminars, thus creating a constant presence on campus. We have several active collaborations with leading universities and polytechnics in Italy and abroad, including Politecnico di Milano<\/a>, Politecnico di Torino<\/a>, Universit\u00e0 di Napoli Federico II<\/a>, Universit\u00e0 di Modena e Reggio Emilia<\/a>, Universit\u00e0 del Salento<\/a> in Italy, Chemnitz University of Technology<\/a> in Germany, and Michigan State University<\/a> in the United States. In addition to these, we actively participate in initiatives of inter-university consortia such as Almalaurea<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are the profiles most sought after by Teoresi?<\/strong> <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Almost 45% of our job postings are destined for recent graduates in various technological sectors<\/strong>.
