Designing electronic boards is one of our main competencies. In HiFuture, we support every phase of the hardware development of boards, from defining requirements to covering the entire design and prototyping cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the early stages of layout, realization, and assembly of PCBs (Printed Circuit Board), we ensure that all processes follow agreed standards. Furthermore, we have the expertise to follow and support hardware verification and validation (V&V) activities, following industry reference standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The variety of developments in different market sectors (industrial, consumer, aerospace & defense, railway, medical) allows us, on the one hand, to design according to the necessary certification criteria for compliance with regulations (such as DO254) and certification (support for laboratory tests for CE marking compatibility) and, on the other hand, to stay in line with investment estimates, following the \u201cdesign for manufacturing\u201d approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Designing Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) requires a different approach, from writing firmware or software: it implies a hardware-oriented mindset and requires a solid understanding of the structure of the devices involved, related issues, tools, and processes that turn code into a device configuration file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In HiFuture, we have extensive experience in FPGA design in various contexts and markets. We take on entire projects or specific phases and support the client throughout the design lifecycle, including requirement definition, architecture definition and implementation, documentation phase, and verification and validation activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Firmware goes beyond the concept of traditional software. Its close interaction with hardware, low-level driver management, and real-time requirements make firmware design a discipline that requires extreme attention and detailed expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We design firmware starting from elementary architectures, generally without an operating system, and then move on to more complex solutions, typically based on embedded Linux or VxWorks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We handle the writing of peripheral drivers, tailor distributions, configure development environments, kernels, and specific applications. When it comes to software, we are accustomed to thinking big: we know well that this is the closest phase to the product, the true core business of our clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our software is mainly embedded, machine, or mobile device. We also design on PC, Linux, or Windows, always in support of basic electronics applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We design and implement test solutions to meet the needs of clients throughout the lifecycle of their projects: in the initial stages of device debugging and integration, during verification and validation activities, and in production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The systems we develop offer a high level of integration and flexibility, adapting agilely to the phase of the cycle in which they are used. Our solutions are mainly based on the use of National Instruments tools closely integrated with the test management application, generally built on LabView or TestStand. Depending on the specific needs of each application, all the elements useful for implementing the necessary test functions are subsequently added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
