This year, we will be back in Bologna for the MECSPE!
From March 6th to 8th, Teoresi will participate in the 22nd edition of the benchmark event for the manufacturing industry. MECSPE represents the annual meeting dedicated to the latest trends and developments in the field of industrial processes and provides a comprehensive overview of the sector thanks to 13 synergistic, exhibition, and demonstrative halls, and a program developed on the three thematic areas of growth in a 4.0 perspective: digitization, sustainability, and training.
„Technologies for Innovation“ is the pay-off of MECSPE 2024, and cutting-edge technologies, combined with our applied know-how, take center stage at our booth C72, HALL 36, in the Additive Manufacturing foyer.
We will captivate visitors with engaging demonstrations that showcase our cutting-edge solutions for managing the entire digital 3D modeling workflow. We will specifically highlight technologies from our partners Oqton, SHINING 3D, and Polyquark. During these demos, we will delve into specific technical specifications, application areas, and use cases for the following product families:
- FreeScan Combo, EinScan H2 and EinStar: next-generation portable 3D scanners that meet a wide range of market needs. Thanks to the FreeScan Combo, a 3D metrological scanner, even the smallest mechanical details can be captured with centesimal accuracy in Reverse Engineering and Inspection applications. EinScan H2 and EinStar, on the other hand, are ideal tools for quickly capturing high-definition color information.
- Freeform®: hybrid modeling software based on haptic technology, the most comprehensive and organic environment available on the market that allows solving complex precision design and manufacturing issues, to easily handle challenging activities in workflows from scanning to printing or from CAD to production. Freeform, in symbiosis with the haptic devices Touch™ and Touch X™, offers complete freedom of movement and provides the physical sensation of sculpting in a virtual environment, speeding up the design phases and providing excellent 3D models.
- Geomagic Design X®, Geomagic Wrap®, and Geomagic Control X®: software solutions for Reverse Engineering for inspection and quality control, allowing the creation of surfaces and CAD models from point clouds obtained by laser scanning through 3D scanners or probes for measurement.
- D2P™: a tool designed for the medical field that allows for quick transition from 2D images of CT and magnetic resonance to 3D models exportable in various formats and ready for printing. The resulting models are particularly useful for preoperative surgical planning.
- Wrapstyler allows real-time flattening of 3D models and design of cutting paths, for the creation of custom covering. Resulting from 30 years of research and development by Polyquark, it optimizes the flattening workflow: verifies feasibility, cuts meshes, generates models, simulates texture rendering, and prepares assembly notice.
Come and visit us: we look forward to seeing you at our stand C72, HALL 36!
